WHAT IS AFTERKIND TEENS
A COMPANION.
NOT A CHATBOT.
Afterkind Teens gives your child a private AI companion — one of six characters they choose themselves. Each character is a different kind of emotional support. Your child talks freely, the companion listens, reflects, and helps them process what they are going through without judgment, advice, or pressure.
It is not therapy. It is not a crisis line. It is somewhere safe for things that feel too big to say out loud.

YOUR CHILD SIGNS UP AND PICKS THEIR CHARACTER
They choose from six characters — each with a different personality and purpose. They pick the one that feels right for them. You receive a welcome email confirming they have joined.
THEY TALK PRIVATELY – YOU RECEIVE WEEKLY SUMMARIES
Every Sunday you receive an email summary of themes — not exact words. You will know if they have been talking about stress, friendships, or feeling low. You will not see what they said word for word.
CRISIS ALERTS REACH YOU IMMEDIATELY
If your child mentions self-harm, suicide, or anything serious, you receive an email the moment it is detected — not in the weekly summary. Right away, so you can check in.
YOU CONTROL WHAT THEY UNLOCK
When your child has spent enough time in private conversation, you — not them — receive an unlock code by email. You decide when they are ready to access group rooms, and later, a real-life meetup in your city. Both require your active choice.
GROUP ROOMS UNLOCK CODE
When your child is ready, we email this code directly to you. You decide when to share it — not them.
REAL-LIFE MEETUP CODE
A separate code for the in-person meetup. Only released after you approve. Once unlocked, you will see other members attending, the location, time, and date. You must always be present.
